Strategic Planning
Prepare and execute the Annual Business Development Plan and Work Plan
Define yearly targets and track progress against objectives
Identify and evaluate opportunities for new products, services, or partnerships
Ensure all initiatives align with overall company strategy
Account Management
Deepen engagement with existing clients to expand revenue potential
Develop business plans and detailed market analyses
Maintain accurate reporting and dashboards to track client development
Manage corporate communications, including updates to the website and other client tools
Business Development & Marketing
Proactively identify and pursue target organizations with high conversion potential
Build and manage a referral and lead generation network
Develop collateral and marketing tools for client outreach and brand positioning
Participate in relevant events, conferences, and seminars to represent the brand
Design new business models to incubate and test ventures
- Create MIS dashboards and reports for performance tracking and review
Candidate Profile
The profile of the candidate we are seeking is as follows:

The candidate should have 5–10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development within IT Services/Solution Services

Should possess strong skills in needs analysis, positioning, and closing sales deals

Should have a clear understanding of B2B business development in a services setup

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, or Business Administration; an MBA is a plus but not mandatory

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Comfortable dealing with mid-level to senior stakeholders and decision-makers

Should be a self-starter who can thrive in an unstructured, startup-like environment
